All Services are subject to our Terms and Policies – The Coaching and Support Services.
If, for any reason, I am unable to attend appointments I will endeavour to give as much notice as possible and ensure that you do not lose your purchase.
Please note the follow cancellation and refund conditions apply to all clients:
- The Hub
– Hub fees are due at the commencement of each subscription period ie monthly on the anniversary of your enrolment date.
– Once you access any of the Hub online services, including the community and emails (excluding your initial subscription confirmation email), you lose the right to your 14 day right to cancel and claim a refund.
– The Hub is not subject to a minimum commitment period and can be cancelled at any time with no further fees payable.
– Cancellation will be with effect from the last day of the subscription enrolment period, the end of the last paid month or the end of the paid annual plan.
– There are no termination fees applicable.
– Once subscriptions are terminated you will not have access to the Hub or any of the services.
– When you enrol in the Hub subscription service you confirm you have read, accept and agree with the applicable Terms and Conditions.We want you to have the best experience with The Coaching and Support Services, but appreciate some people may find the Academy isn’t quite right for them after signing up.
Although refunds are not provided for Hub subscriptions as you pay for access to the Hub with its facilities and not for the consumption of content, we will reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of all or part of the refund request or refuse requests in cases where we believe there is abuse of the refund system, including, but not limited to:
– All or part of the content has been accessed.
– Facilities of the Hub have been used.
Should pay your initial subscription fee, then not access the Hub and its facilities within the 14 day refund policy period and wish to terminate your subscription we will honour the 14 day refund policy.
Refunds must be requested in writing to hello@thecoachingandsupportservices.com within 14 days of enrolment.
Refunds will be issued to the card used for payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the money to return to your account.
Refunds are not issued after 14 days from enrolment. - 1 to 1 Email Coaching Pay As You Go
– Fees are payable on receipt of the invoice and prior to the sending of my responding Coaching emails.
– If you wish to terminate my services, you may do so at any time.Refunds must be requested in writing to hello@thecoachingandsupportservices.com within 14 days of payment, providing the contract has not been partially of fully fulfilled. We will reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of partial refunds should the contract have been partially fulfilled within that 14 day period.
Refunds will be issued to the card used for payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the money to return to your account.
Refunds are not issued after 14 days from enrolment. - 1 to 1 Email Coaching Programmes
– Full fees are payable at the commencement of the programme to secure the agreed fee.
– If you wish to terminate the programme, you may do so at any time.Refunds must be requested in writing to hello@thecoachingandsupportservices.com within 14 days of payment, providing the contract has not been partially of fully fulfilled. We will reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of partial refunds should the contract have been partially fulfilled within that 14 day period.

Refunds are not issued after 14 days from enrolment. - Bereavement Support
– Full fees are payable at the time of purchase (as per the service arrangement).
– If you are unable to attend and would like to reschedule, please make sure you do this at least 48 hours prior to the session.
– Rescheduling or refunds are not available if you miss your session without giving notice.Refunds must be requested in writing to hello@thecoachingandsupportservices.com within 14 days of payment, providing the contract has not been partially of fully fulfilled. We will reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of partial refunds should the contract have been partially fulfilled within that 14 day period.

Refunds are not issued after 14 days from enrolment. - Digital Download and Course Purchases
Due to the download facility of our digital downloads and courses, we do not offer refunds for items purchased.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy, as part of our Terms and Conditions, is governed by the Laws of the United Kingdom, England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. Any dispute or claim that arises between The Coaching and Support Services and the client associated with Terms and Conditions, any contracts or agreements will automatically come under the jurisdiction and laws of the England and Wales. By accessing this website and using our services/buying our products you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access.
