In my first email, I will send you an invoice for settlement and any other queries I have before I come back to you regarding your Coaching needs. I charge £30.00 for each email sent to you thereafter.
Once your payment has cleared I will get going with a reply on the information you have given.
I always say please allow at least three working days for my replies to get to you, but it is often sooner.
