We donate 10% of all subscription fees to Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare, our local rescue sanctuary, and these funds go directly to the kennels team to benefit the dogs.
All content is delivered using our private Hub community accessed via the Members Area on our website and/or directly to your email inbox.
Yes. You are welcome to contact me at any time and I will reply as soon as I am able, but please allow 3-4 working days.
Yes. When any new content is released in the Hub it is automatically included at no extra charge.
We offer our services to anyone who feels they may benefit from our assistance. You could be a dog owner or someone who wants learn more about dogs and/or self-coaching for another reason. However, we do ask our clients to make sure they have the right mindset to commit.
Specific 1 to 1 Private Coaching, upper level Coaching Programmes and Bereavement Support are not included in your subscription to the Hub.
From time to time, there will also be superior courses and resources added to the site that may not be included, plus non member group Masterclasses.
However, as a Hub subscriber, you are entitled to an exclusive discount on all additional services available.
When you join the Hub as a Founding Member you lock in your joining fee, which means the price will stay the same and not increase. However, if you cancel your subscription and decide to re-join and the fee has since increased, the new/current fee will apply to you.
Regular subscriptions may be subject to periodic fee increases due to a number of reasons.
When you make your first payment for the monthly subscription you will set up your payment arrangements using your preferred debit/credit card and from this point forward will be automatically charged a recurring payment for your subscription fee on a monthly basis. The payment process goes through Stripe and you can manage your account via the Members Area on our website.
Yes. You can terminate your subscription at any time and there is no cancellation fee payable. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for any refund queries.
